This weekend Bridport hosted the inaugural Tassie Scallop Fiesta, which was a huge success. It was a fantastic turn out, with thousands of people braving the chilly Tassie weather to check out what was on offer. One of the highlights of the event was the “Splitting Competition” between Stanley splitters and Bridport splitters. Our Bridport splitters did incredibly well, with Yoyo winning the individual race, and Anita, Paula, and Karen also from Bridport winning the team race. Well done to everyone who competed! It was very entertaining to watch.
